  • "11 out of 10 stars! We used Dave and Karen for our wedding and reception, at our home. Initially, we planned to have up to 440 people and they could accommodate that large number. With covid, our RSVPs ended up at 220. Dave and Karen adjusted and optimized based on our needs, instead of just sticking with what was already set. Their recommendation was for a 40x120. Other companies had recommended a 40x80... and they must have been nuts, because New Road's tent size was perfect and didn't have any extra space or too little space. Truly, it was perfect, just as described. They worked with us on setup dates... guided us in utility markings... and explained how to use anything and everything (gotta turn the lights down later in the night!) We even added heat and some sides late at night, due to a change in forecast, and they were quick to accommodate. 10 for 10, will definitely use them again whenever we need tents, tables, linens, or chairs in the future. We arent even going to look elsewhere."
